Ingredients

  1. 2Eggs
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 4 ozSemi-sweet chocolate
  4. 1 cupCacao powder
  5. 1 cupHazelnut meal
  6. 1/2 tspSea salt
  7. 1 tspRum extract
  8. 1/2Zest of 1/2 orange
  9. 2 largeAvocados smashed lightly

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 350?F

  2. 2

    Melt semi sweet choc gently

  3. 3

    Zest orange

  4. 4

    Mash avocado nice and smooth

  5. 5

    Beat eggs until fluffy and add sugar until nice and creamy

  6. 6

    Combine cocoa, ground nuts, rum and salt

  7. 7

    Pour into baking pan and bake approx 30 minutes
