  • 2Tomatoes (large, cut into a large dice)
  • 2Avocados (cut into a large dice)
  • 1purple onion (small, thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbspchopped cilantro
  • 2Lime
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

    In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, avocados, red onions and cilantro.

  2. 2

    Squeeze the lime juice over the top and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

  3. 3

    Gently stir.

  4. 4

    Taste and add salt as needed.
