Ingredients

  1. 400 gramssalmon fillets
  2. 3 cupbaby spinach
  3. 2green onions
  4. 1garlic
  5. 1 cup35% cream

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    slice the spinach and onions. mince garlic

  3. 3

    in a bowl mix the spinach, onions, garlic, salt and pepper and cream

  4. 4

    pour over salmon cover and cook for 40 minutes

  5. 5

    serve with rice or pasta
