Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 300 gramsbasmati rice
  2. 2spring onions beat with rolling pin
  3. 4all spice berries or 1 and half teaspoons of ground
  4. 30 gramsbutter
  5. 1garlic clove peeled
  6. 1whole chilli stab with knife all over
  7. 1 canblack beans
  8. 800 mlwater
  9. 2sprigs of thyme

  1. 1

    Apart from rice boil all ingredients with lid on large pan for 15 mins

  2. 2

    Add rice lower heat right down put on lid for 20-25 mins DO NOT remover lid till done

  3. 3

    When done remove spring onions, tyme, chilli and garlic and enjoy
