Prep lamb by trimming off fat and "French" rack as necessary.

Mix all ingredients and rub into lamb

Let marinate for 30 minutes

Set oven to broil at 500°F

Broil in oven with meat side up for 15-20 minutes until brown

Flip lamb and cook for another 15 minutes

Let lamb rest out of oven for 5 minutes
