I love making my own marinades and own my fuzed oils , i put a twist on the old jam recipes. I make own different spices and give them to family and friends. I enjoy cooking i can be me. So take a chance be creative and if it doesn't come out right the first time don't give up do it again because you are your worse enyime and critic .
