Core the zucchini, wash them, and prepare the filling.

Wash the rice, then add the ground beef, spices, olive oil, garlic, and tomato paste. Mix everything together well.

Stuff the zucchini with the filling, arrange them in a large pot, place over heat, add the hot water, and cover the pot with a large lid.

Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat, add salt, garlic, olive oil, and 3 tablespoons tomato paste.

Let cook until the zucchini are tender. Enjoy!
