Ingredients

  1. For cutlet
  2. 1 bowlmashed boiled sweet potato
  3. 1/2 bowl paneer
  4. salt as per taste
  5. 1 tbspgreen chilli chopped
  6. 1/4 cuponion chopped
  7. 1/2 bowlcorn flakes
  8. 1 bowloil
  9. mint leaves...for garnish
  10. For edible platter
  11. 500 gmall purpose flour
  12. 125 gmoil
  13. salt as per taste
  14. 2 tspcarrom seeds
  15. oil for FRY

Steps

  1. 1

    First prepare edible platter....mix flour..oil salt.. carrom seeds...add needed water...and make a dough...keep aside....

  2. 2

    After 10 minutes...take a part of dough...roll out it...cut in STRIPS...process it like ponytail...make all like this...fry in hot oil...keep aside

  3. 3

    Now make cutlet...mix all ingredients of citlet except corn flakes..and oil...

  4. 4

    Make heart shape.....shallow fry it...roll on cornflakes..

  5. 5

    Set pony tail strips like pics...place cutlet...garnish mint leaves...serve
