Kibbeh with Tomato (Kamouneh) – Heartfelt Home Cooking

Place the bulgur in a bowl and sprinkle with a little water.

Add a pinch of kamouneh spice and the tomato paste. Mix the ingredients together and let sit for 10 minutes.

Add the finely chopped, salted tomatoes to the bulgur along with the spices, olive oil, onion, remaining kamouneh spice, and chili pepper. Knead the mixture well by hand.

Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with cucumber and fresh vegetables.

Serve alongside French fries.
