1grated carrot
1diced Granny Smith apple
2sliced green onions
1 cupcook quinoa
1/4 cuproasted chopped almonds (optional)
1 handfulraisins or 2 chopped dates (optional)
Dressing
1 teaspoonhoney or more
2 tablespoonrice vinegar
1/2 cupplain yogurt
1/4 cupmayonnaise
1big tablespoon of curry
1 teaspoonorange juice
Juice of 1/2 lime
