  1. Egg Mix
  2. 2 packagesSoft Mori-Nu Tofu
  3. 2 tbspGolden Flax Seeds
  4. 2 tbspGluten Free Garbanzo Flour
  5. 1 tspBlack Kavala Salt
  6. 1/4 cupNutritional Yeast Flakes
  7. 1 tbspOnion Powder
  8. 1 tbspGarlic Powder
  9. 1/4 tspPaprika
  10. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  11. 1 dashChili powder
  12. 1 tspChicken Seasoning (vegetarian)
  13. 4 ozSoy Kaas Mozzarella Cheese
  14. 1 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  15. Omelette Fillings
  16. 2Small White Onions
  17. 1Red Pepper
  18. 5White Mushrooms
  19. 7Green Olives
  20. 2Chive Onions
  21. 4 clovegarlic
  22. 1Large Tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Lightly oil a pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and heat pan on medium high. Be sure to have your own sufficiently hot and ready

    Combine all egg mix ingredients in a blender

  3. 3

    Blend till smooth

  4. 4

    Set egg mix aside and prepare your omelette fillings

  5. 5

    Chop omelette fillings however you like, so they fit in the omelette

    Pour your egg mix into your pre-heated pan, about half an inch thick

    In another pan, combine your omelette fillings in another pan set to high. Leave out tomatoes from pan for now

    Your egg mix will be ready to flip when the edges are golden brown. Flip carefully with a large spatula

    Add fillings to your omelette, and allow the other side to cook a bit

  10. 10

    Once cooked, remove omelette carefully and fold over once you place it on the plate
