Prepare the ingredients.

Marinate the pork strips with rice wine, soy sauce, and egg for about 10 minutes.

Mix ketchup, sugar, plum vinegar, rice wine, salt, and cornstarch water and set aside.

Cut the bell peppers and onion into appropriate sizes. Mince the garlic and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, fry the pork strips coated in sweet potato starch. Remove when done.

Use a little of the frying oil to sauté the minced garlic and ginger. Add the onions first, then the bell peppers, and stir-fry until about 70% cooked. Set aside in an empty bowl.

Add the seasonings to the pan and then the pork strips.

Add the vegetables back in and stir-fry quickly.

Transfer to a plate to finish.

Serve with white rice for a complete meal.
