Preheat oven to 350

Lightly coat 13x9 baking pan with cooking spray

Pat chicken dry with canjun seasoning and salt

Heat oil in pan over medium high heat

Cook chicken 8 to 10 minutes or untill browned on all sides. Transfer to plate.

Add broth to skillet and bring to a boil.

Scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet.

Add rice, peppers, green onions, garlic, thyme, and turmeric.

Pour rice in baking dish and place chicken ontop. Cover with foil.

Bake 1 hour.
