Methi Chaman Biryani

Wash and soak rice.

Boil water by adding salt, drops of lemon juice, oil and whole garam masala

Chop onion and fry in oil till golden brown

Take out some fried onion for further use

In the same pan Add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree
- 6
Add chopped methi leaves and fry, then add all the dry ingredients and curd cook till oil separates

Finally add paneer mix gently and cook for a minute. Keep aside

Add washed and soak rice in the boiling water and cook till 75-80%.

Drain the water and keep aside

Layer the rice with methi paneer masala add brown onion, mint and pudina. Follow the same procedure

The upper layer should b rice. Finally add ghee on top, fried onion, mint, coriander leaves and orange food colour on top.

Cook on low flame for 10-15 mins.

Serve with raita.
