Heat ghee and fry garlic

Add green chilli and fenugreek leaves fry till tender and add salt

Then add cumin powder and turmeric powder

Add grated coconut and stir fried fenugreek leaves

Jaggery syrup, buttermilk and tamarind syrup

Grind smoothly

Add curry leaves and pour chutney, turn off the flame and serve
