Steps

Wash spinach leaves and blanch them in hot water for 2 mins. Take out and put them into cold water to retain it's green colour

Pat dry leaves with cotton cloth.

For stuffing : in a bowl take paneer onions capsicum green chilli and mix them.

Add salt and pepper. Mix well.

Now take one leaf and overlap with other on opp.side. (shown in pic.)

Stuff paneer mixture and bind/fold it and insert and fix it's edge with clove.

Make all and arrange it on greased perforated plate.

Steam it for 2 mins. Serve with choice of ur dips and sauces.
