Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cupRice
  • 1/2 cupMethi leaves
  • 2 cupWater
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2Green chilli
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1Potato
  • 1/4 cupPeas
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 6 to 7Garlic chopped

Steps

10 min
  1. 1

    Soak rice in water for 10 min

  2. 2

    Now heat pan add oil and garlic

  3. 3

    When change garlic colour add chopped methi and peas

  4. 4

    Now add soaked rice,water

  5. 5

    Mix all dry ingredients and chilli pieces,potato pieces

  6. 6

    Boil it and cook for 5 min on low flame

  7. 7

    Ready to eat yummy pila.
