Try this new version of paneer with green leafy veggies and a tangy sour flavour of achaari masala

Dry roast the achari masala then grind in to coarse paste keep it aside

Now paste the ingredients mentioned for marination of green leaves with ginger chillies cadhews curd salt and lime juice

Now add grounded masala in it and make a fine paste by using little water

Cut paneer in cubes and mix in a bowl with green leaves and masala paste and marinate it for 15 to 20 mins

Now in a kadhai heat ghee add heeng and jeera then add onions fry till light brown don't fry too much

Then add marinated paneer in it along with milk mix salt to taste if needed red chilli and garam masala cook till all the ingridients mix nicely and oil comes up

Serve hot garnish per choice...best go with naan or kulcha or lachcha parantha
