In a pan add oil, flowed by whole garam masala

Then add onion ncook till light brown colour

Make a green paste with mint, coriander leaves green chillies, ginger garlic

When the onion is brown add green masala cook till raw smell goes

Add salt and lemon juice

Add washed and soaked rice mix and fry for a minute

Add 4 cups of water or more(according to your rice) and let it cook

Once the moisture is get absorbed low the flame of gas and cook till done.
