Dice green onion and dried beef then set aside

Mix all 3 cheeses in large bowl until fully mixed together. I usually have to do it by hand.

Add all the green onion and 1/4 of the dried beef to the cheese and mix well

Put thin layer of dried beef on your serving plate to make a bed for your cheese ball. Then add the cheese forming it into a ball on the plate.

Add the remaining dried beef on the outside of the cheese ball kind of like a crust. Then cover and refrigerate until your ready to serve. I usually refrigerate over night.
