Since the first day i layed my hands on cooking cream i have been trying out different kind of sauce with it and so far it has been great; still working on those recipe till i get a hang of it.

Since the first day i layed my hands on cooking cream i have been trying out different kind of sauce with it and so far it has been great; still working on those recipe till i get a hang of it.

Wash sea food and set aside; you can marinate with pepper, salt, oregano and little olive oil and set aside

Heat up frying pan, add oil. Once it’s hot add onions. Stir and add ginger and garlic
- 3
Pour in calamari and shrimps into frying pan, then fry for about 3 minutes remove seafood from the frying pan and then add pepper and tomatoes and fry for about 6mins

Add knorr cubes, salt, curry powder, oregano and stir.

Stir in cooking cream and cook on low heat for another few minutes.

Add the seafood and stir in the bell pepper, turn off heat and serve with basmati rice
