Superfoods Raspberry Smoothie

I adapted my recipe from Texanerian's Raspberry Banana Avocado smoothie recipe.

The recipe makes four 8oz servings of a smoothie so thick you can eat it with a spoon. This was not my intention. In my next adaption, I am going to try 1cup of fruit juice in place of 1 cup of the frozen raspberries and 20 grams (1 scoop) of Super Seed. Instead of three. And add organic vanilla extract - an ingredient I had forgotten to add. Adapt it any way you wish and make it your own!

  1. 2 cupFull Circle Frozen Raspberries
  2. 1 largeBanana
  3. 1 smallHaas Avocado
  4. 60 gramsGarden of Life Super Seed
  5. 3 tbspNutiva Organic Hemp Oil
  6. 3 cupAldi's Almond Milk
  7. 3 tbspLocal Raw Honey

Steps

  1. 1

    Put raspberries in the blender

  2. 2

    Slice banana, put in blender

  3. 3

    Cut & peel skin from avocado. Cut in half, remove seed, and chop avocado into pieces. Put into blender.

  4. 4

    Add the final ingredients to the blender. Pulse for several minutes. Then blend until smooth.
