Ingredients

  • 200 gmPaneer
  • 1Onion large chopped
  • 2Tomatoes medium
  • 1 tspGreen chilli chopped
  • 1 tspOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspCiba haldi
  • 1/4 tspDhania powder
  • 1/4 tspLal mirch powder
  • 1/4 tspCiba garam masala
  • as neededCoriander leaves to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions and chillies. Cook till transparent.

    Add chopped tomatoes. Cook till tender. Add all dry spices. Mix well.

    Add crumbled paneer and gently mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti/ parathas.
