Boil your potatoes in rosemary, mixed herbs, turmeric, ginger and any other preferred spices till tender

Saute your vegetables for about 2-3 mins

Drain the water and mash your potatoes.. You can some margarine

Add in your vegetables, breadcrumbs and flour. Add the breadcrumbs and flour a little at a time till you get the right dough consistency

Your dough

Oil your hands and roll your dough into kebab-like shapes

Freeze them for about 10 mins

Deep fry in hot oil.. About 2-4 mins each side till golden brown

Set them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil
- 10
Serve and garnish as you please
