Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgchicken (local)
  2. 1 kgJasmine rice
  3. 2 inchginger(smash)
  4. 3onion (slice)
  5. 1cinnamon stick
  6. 1-2Elaichi
  7. 3 tbsprefine oil
  8. 2bay leaf
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1/4Jaifal (grind)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the rice and drain out the water.

    Heat oil in the pan. Fry the onion until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add the chicken pieces and ginger in low flame till it become golden brown and tender.

  4. 4

    Now add rice and stir continuously on 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add some water as required.

  6. 6

    Cook for 10 minutes.Cover it with the lid, on low flame until it gets tender.

  7. 7

    After the water gets dry take it out from the flame.

  8. 8

    Ready to serve with pudina chutney.
