1 1/4 cupall purpose flour
2ts baking powder
1 cupoats
1/4ts salt
1 cupsugar
2/3 cupbutter
2eggs
2bananas mashed
1ts vanilla essence

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Measure your ingredients.

In a bowl combine the flour,baking powder,salt and sugar.

Mix the dry ingredients in the bowl.

Add butter and mix well.

Mix till all the butter combines with the dry ingredients.

Add the oats and mix well.

In a small bowl combine the mashed bananas,eggs and the vanilla essence.

Pour it into the dry ingredients.

Mix the dry and wet ingredients and ensure to mix well.

Using a teaspoon,scoop the cookie butter and place it on a lined baking tray.

You can also mix up some food colour with water to garnish the cooking butter.

Bake in the oven for ten to 12 minutes

Remove from oven when ready and leave it to cool.

When cool,remove from tray and place it on a plate.
