Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and peanuts. Cook for a min.

Add onions green chilli and curry leaves. Cook for 2 mins.

Add all vegetables and saute and cover and cook for 5 mins or till tender.

Add salt and haldi. Mix well. Add poha and mix gently. Squeeze lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle barik sev Serve hot.
