Put some little oil in a sufuria and fry the onion and bell pepper
- 2
Add carrots and cover the food on low heat for about 3 minutes

Add the boiled peas and French beans and cover again for another 3 minutes

Add the broccoli, cauliflower (cut up the heads by separating it at the base of the buds), and courgettes. Turn the food and cover still on low heat for 5 minutes

Add the cabbage and tomatoes, turn the food and cover for 5 minutes

Add salt, tumeric, black pepper (black pepper helps in absorption of tumeric into the body which is a powerful antibiotic)

Leave it for 2 minutes and serve with a protein of your choice and/or milk
