Karahi m oil garam hone par hing Zeera bhune or 2 min high flame par karele fry karein.Gas sim par karele naram hone tak pakayein.

Sabhi masale or green chilli dal kar 2 min cook karein.

Chapati or paranthe ke saath serve karein.

Note.....Karele ko haldi or salt lgake 4_5 hour rakhna pdta hai.Phir wash karo or masala fill kar ke bnaya jata hai.Lekin jaise maine banayein hai usme time nahi lgta or kadwe bhi nahi bnte.direct cut kar ke bana liye.
