Whisk the flour and eggs together then slowly add the milk and water.

Add the butter and salt and beat until smooth.

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into a pan and shift the pan around to spread the batter out.

Crepes are done when golden brown on the bottom and bubbly-looking on the top. Do not flip over to cook the top.
