Ingredients

  • 1 cupRice, uncooked
  • 1 tspButter
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 1 tspLime Juice
  • 1 canChicken Broth, 15 oz.
  • 1 cupWater
  • 1 tbspLime Juice
  • 2 tspSugar
  • 3 tbspCilantro

Steps

  1. 1

    In a rice cooker, cook the rice, butter, garlic, 1 teaspoon lime juice, broth, and water.

  2. 2

    In a small bowl, mix the 1 tablespoon lime juice with the sugar and cilantro.

  3. 3

    When the rice is cooked, add the sugar mixture to the rice and fluff with a fork.
