  7. 10 gmbesan
  8. 10 gmchawal aata
  9. 2 tbsp jeera
  10. 2hari mirch
  11. 2 tbsphari dhaniya Patti
  12. 1nimbu
  13. 2tomato (chutney ke liye)

Steps

    Sabse pahle sabhi aate ko mix karein namak daale our sabhi vegetable dalkar ache se mix karein our Maish karein.

    Ache se mix karne ke baad gungune pani se aata guth kada.

    Our jab aadha sik jaye to.Aag m dalkar dheemi aach m palat palat kar seke

    Jab gulabi hone lage to.Green tomato dhniya mirch lahsun ki chtni ke saath sarv karein

    Ye Angakar roti.Healthy testi.hota hai.esme sabhi aate mix karke banaye hai esliye ye.bahut hi healthy food hai

    Esme sabhi vitamins.faibar.minrals.calcim.paye jate hai.

    Ye oil free. Healthy testi. Breakfast hai.
