  • 1 tbspunsalted butter
  • 1 cupdiced red onion
  • 3 cloveminced garlic
  • 1 1/2 lbcoarsely ground beef
  • 1 1/2 lbHot Italian Pork Sausage(uncased)
  • 2 tbspChopped cilantro
  • 2Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cupbreadcrumbs
  • 1salt
  • 1pepper

Steps

50 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat Oven 375°F

  2. 2

    Oil 9x5in pan

  3. 3

    Melt Butter Medium Heat

  4. 4

    Cook Until Translucent

  5. 5

    Let cool.

  6. 6

    Mix all in bowl

  7. 7

    Pack into pan(meat loaf shape)

  8. 8

    Bake for 40 minutes

  9. 9

    Slice, serve
