Mango Juice: Blend the diced mangoes and crushed ginger. Set aside. Serve chilled.

Chutney: Blend the diced carrot, sliced mangoes and onion. Set aside. Serve.

Viazi Karai: Boil the whole and diced potatoes with a littel salt. Once cooked, drain water and let it cool. In a bowl mix the unga wa bhajia with water. Dip the diced and sliced potatoes in the mix and deep fry. Mix the chilli powder with lemon juice. Take the whole potatoes and cut into half. Apply the chilli mix and place together the potatoes. Dice the potatoes and dip in unga mix. Deep fry and serve.
