Green Tea Coconut Milk Ice Cream

Combine 1 cup heavy whipping cream with 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk. Use an electric mixer to whip the mixture until stiff peaks form.

Divide the mixture evenly into two parts. Add 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder to one part and whip for another 1-2 minutes.

To the other part, add 3 tablespoons coconut milk and gently fold until well combined.

Pour both mixtures into two ice cream molds and freeze for 6-8 hours. No need to stir during freezing.

When ready, remove the ice cream from the molds and enjoy. The ice cream will be smooth and creamy, without any ice crystals. Enjoy!
