In cooker add soaked mung, tomato, green chillies, ginger paste and salt give 3 whistle

After blend it and add some water (as you required)

Now add the veggies (potatoes, drumsticks, gavar fali etc) and cook on slow flame for 5 min

Add soak kokam, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt

After that cover the cooker and put it on medium flame and give 1 whistle

Now time to give tadka

Take 2 tbsp oil in kadhai and heat it then add rai, Jira, methidana, hing when it's sprinkle add in to the kadhi

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with rice...
