  • 7 1/2 ozCan Water Packed Tuna
  • 1 tbspBasil Pesto
  • 1 tbspOlive Oil Mayonnaise
  • 1 smallClove Garlic Minced
  • 2Drained Oil-Packed Sun-Dried Tomatoes,Finely Chopped
  • 2Scallions, Finely Chopped
  • 1 tspBalsamic Vinegar
  • 1 dashSalt and Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1Ripe But Firm Avocado,Halved,Pit Removed
  • 1 tbspPine Nuts,Toasted,Optional

    In a bowl,combine tuna,pesto,mayonnaise ,garlic,sun dried tomatoes,olives,scallions and vinegar:mash with a fork. Add a little water to adjust texture,if necessary. Season with salt and pepper.

    Spoon tuna salad into avocado halves,sprinkle with toasted pine nuts
