Ingredients

1Melt. 1 block butter
2Add. 2 cloves whole garlic
3Add. 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined cook and tell pinkish white.
4Remove. Shrimp with slotted spoon and keep warm.
5Add. 1 pound bay scallops to garlic butter cook until done. Remove and keep warm.
6Add. 1/2 block butter to pan on medium to low heat.
7Mix. in 12 oz. sour cream string slowly cook for 2 minutes.
8Add. 2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
9Add cooked seafood to sauce.
10Boil. 1 pound spinach fettuccine according to directions.
11Pour. Seafood sauce over pasta. Let stand 4 to 5 minutes to set before serving.
