  • 6Scallions
  • 3 cloveminced garlic
  • 16 ozOrganic Frozen Vegetables California Blend
  • 1/2 lbbok choy
  • 4 ozshrimp
  • 2 tbspLow sodium tamari
  • 1 tspCrushed red pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In hot skillet, cook the scallions until they began to soften. Add garlic and frozen vegetables, stirring often. Add bok choy stir until it begins to wilt. Add shrimp, tamari and crushed red pepper. Cook just until the shrimp turns pink. Prepare rice as directed. Serve shrimp over rice and topped with toasted sesame seeds if you wish.
