Boil potatoes and green peas mash them well and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard, ginger paste, green chilli and curry leaves, kasuri methi saute 2-3 second.

Add red chilli, turmeric, garam masala add mashed potatoes and peas & salt mix everything well cool this.

Place the potato mixture in a bread slice cover them with another bread and cut to triangle.

Stuffed bread dip in a batter coat both side drop in the hot oil deep fry until brown.

Drain on a kitchen tissue serve hot.
