Ingredients

30 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. (For the stuffing):
  2. 5 slicesbread
  3. 1 1/2 cupboiled potatoes
  4. Handfulboiled green peas
  5. 1 tspoil
  6. 2-3curry leaves
  7. 1 tspkasuri methi
  8. 1/2 tspmustard
  9. Pinchhing
  10. 2green chilies chopped
  11. 1/2 tspginger paste
  12. leavesFew chopped coriander
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  15. Pinchturmeric
  16. as neededSalt
  17. (For the Pakora batter)
  18. 3/4 cupgram flour
  19. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  20. Pinchturmeric, salt
  21. 1/2 tspajwain
  22. as neededWater

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil potatoes and green peas mash them well and set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard, ginger paste, green chilli and curry leaves, kasuri methi saute 2-3 second.

  3. 3

    Add red chilli, turmeric, garam masala add mashed potatoes and peas & salt mix everything well cool this.

  4. 4

    Place the potato mixture in a bread slice cover them with another bread and cut to triangle.

  5. 5

    Stuffed bread dip in a batter coat both side drop in the hot oil deep fry until brown.

  6. 6

    Drain on a kitchen tissue serve hot.
