Ingredients

  1. For The Uttapams..1 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)4 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta)restricted quantity of salt
  2. 1 cupvegetables of ur choice
  3. green,yellow,red bell pepper
  4. onion,tomato,corn

Steps

  1. 1

    For the Uttapams..

    Combine all the ingredients along with ¾ cup of water and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste. Cover with a lid and keep aside for to ferment for 15 minutes..

    How to proceed
    Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it using ¼ tsp of oil.

    Pour a ladleful of the batter on the tava and spread it evenly in a circular motion to make 1 round Uttapam..

    Smear ½ tsp of oil around the edges and cook on a medium flame till the Uttapam turns light brown in colour.

  5. 5

    Spread one portion vegetables of uttpam batter.

  6. 6

    When the lower side of the Uttapam is lightly browned.

  7. 7

    Turn the uttapam cook on slow flame till it cook cmpletly.Take it into plate..

    Serve hot with ketch up or chutney...
