Ingredients

2 persons
  1. Marination
  2. 2 piecesChicken leg
  3. 1 tbspMusterd oil
  4. 1 tbspMusterd powder
  5. 1/4 tspSalt
  6. Tempering
  7. 1 tspMusterd Oil or butter
  8. 1 tbspGarlic finely chopped
  9. 1 tspMusterd powder
  10. 1 tspBlack pepper
  11. 1Fresh red chilli
  12. 1/3 cupFresh cream
  13. 1/2 tspParsley finely chopped
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1/4 cupWine

Steps

  1. 1

    Take chicken leg wash it and put in bowl now add musterd seeds powder and musterd oil, salt allow to marinate for 15 to 20 minutes

    Now heat oil deep saucepan to simmering point add the marinated chicken leg psc into the pan still throughly and cook until the chicken les are fried to golden brown colour, do not overcook

    Now take same saucepan heat in oil or butter add in chopped garlic saute on low flame until golden colour then add black pepper and musterd seeds powder, mix well together now add red wine in it and mix well simmer for 2 minutes then add fresh cream mix well together then add fried Chicken leg psc mix well add chopped parsley, fresh red chilli, salt to taste mix well cook for 2 to 3 minutes
