Ingredients

8 hours
8 servings
  1. 2big Alphonso mangoes about or 250 gm mango puree
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 2 cupsor 250 gm Whipping cream
  4. 1 tbspVanilla essence

Steps

    Blend the puree along with the sugar and the vanilla essence. Keep aside.

  2. 2

    Beat the cream until soft peaks are formed.

  3. 3

    Fold this in the mango puree slowly until well combined.

  4. 4

    Pour this in an airtight container and freeze until set.

  5. 5

    After about 2 hours, remove it and give a thorough mix once again with a spatula or a spoon and freeze.

    After 6 to 8 hours, enjoy this fruity homemade extravaganza
