Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  1. 100 gramsCondensed Milk
  2. 200 gramsDessicated coconut
  3. 100 gramsMilk powder
  4. 1 teaspoonRose syrup
  5. 1/2 teaspoonRose essence
  6. Chopped pistachios for garnishing

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Add the coconut powder on a heated pan and slightly roast without changing the colour.

  2. 2

    Add the condensed milk, milk powder and rose syrup in it and mix until combined over low heat.

  3. 3

    Keep mixing until the mixture is well combined.

  4. 4

    When it all comes together, switch off the heat. Add rose essence and mix well evenly.

  5. 5

    In the mean time Lightly grease a tray with ghee keep aside.

  6. 6

    Now Spread the mixture in the prepared plate and make it smooth on top with a spatula.

  7. 7

    Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.

  8. 8

    To serve, cut the coconut fudge into desired shape and garnish with pistachios.

  9. 9

    Yummy heart coconut fudge is ready to relish.
