Ingredients

40 mins
  • 3/4 cupPlain flour
  • 1/4 tspBaking soda
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2 cupWhite sugar
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1 1/2 cupSemi sweet chic chips
  • 2Eggs
  • 1/2 tspVanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 165*C.

  2. 2

    Line a small cake tin and set aside.

  3. 3

    Throw sugar, water and butter in a pan and bring to the boil. Pour hot sugar liquid onto chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.

  4. 4

    Stir in eggs and vanilla.

  5. 5

    Mix flour, salt and baking soda and stir into chocolate mix.

  6. 6

    Pour evenly into cake tin and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Can't go wrong with this one! Enjoy!
