  3. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  4. 1 cubemaggi
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 4unripe plantain

    Wash Unripe plantain cut then boil for 17min

  2. 2

    Put pan on heat add palm oil,pepper,onion and stir

  3. 3

    Add maggi then salt after 3min,sauce is ready.Enjoy with plantain.
