Egg Veg Biryani

Total homemade biryani with lots vegetable & egg.
Steps

Cut potato in round & thick.Heat oil, add salt & red chilli powder & fry the potatoes in it.

Fry onion rings.

Fry boiled ring egg pieces.

Heat oil, add chopped onion & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while & then add all vegetables & spices.Cook it till it turn soft.

Now in a hot pan mix ghee & saffron soaked milk in boiled rice & cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now take a vessel.Put boiled fried egg pieces & cooked vegetables first.

Then add rice layer & decorate with fried potato pieces.

Then add fried onion ring.Then again rice layer.Spread ghee & cover the vessel with lid & cook it for 5 mins.

Now take a plate, flip the vessel & just move the plate a little bit.Biryani will spread all over the plate & the beauty can be seen from all corners.
