Steps

Grate the cheese or potatoes in a mixing bowl add salt and corn starch and mix well, make balls with this mixture.

Heat oil in a pan, add balls and deep fried till golden in colour.

Heat oil in a wok add roughly chopped tomatoes and onions and saute it.

Keep aside when it cool add in a grinder and grind it.

Heat oil in a wok add whole spices and saute it, now add tomato paste and all dry spices and saute till leave the oil.

Now add cashew paste, milk and cream take 1-2 boil. Cook on low flame for thick consistency.

Now add fried Koftas and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with naan?/roti.
