Ingredients

3 servings
  • 200 gmred poha
  • 100 gmMushroom
  • 50 gmbaby corn
  • 10 gmeach.chopped carrots, capcicum,.beans and peas
  • 50 gmsmall pieces of Tofu/paneer
  • 2green chillies
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/2 spoonmustard seeds
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1small onion
  • 1 Spoonpeanuts
  • 2 spoonOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil..add mustard seeds..and curry leaves..then add onions, saute till light pink.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes..and green chillies saute..2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add socked poha, salt turmeric powder..black pepper powder, mix well.

  4. 4

    Add vegetables and peanut, cover with a lid cook for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    In last mix lemon juice.

  6. 6

    Serve healthy poha,. Garnish with coriander leaves
