Vegetables Omlette
Many people make vegetable omlete with only besan, my variation is baking powder and maida with besan. It is sprinkled with mixed herbs and chilli flakes. All this gives a taste and aroma of omlete. A perfect dish for breakfast and snack. Hope u all like it

Many people make vegetable omlete with only besan, my variation is baking powder and maida with besan. It is sprinkled with mixed herbs and chilli flakes. All this gives a taste and aroma of omlete. A perfect dish for breakfast and snack. Hope u all like it

Take a Mixing bowl. Add besan, maida and baking powder.

Mix well.

Now add some water and whisk very well. Make batter with small quantity of water constantly.

Add all vegetables and,green chillies,ginger,salt mix with batter

Now batter should be smooth and flowing consistency. Like a dosa batter.

Now heat a non-stick pan on a low flame.

Spread one teaspoon oil. Now pour the batter with a ladle and gently spread. Let it cook for medium flame.

Cook the omlete till the top slightly bubbles and begins to look cooked.

Now spread little amount of chilli flakes and mixed herb on the top of omlete.
Now drizzle oil on the omlete at the edges and all around. - 11
Cook till golden spot now flip and cook the other side.

Serve hot omlete with ketchup.
